We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CAD$350 within Canada. For orders under CAD$350, there is a flat shipping rate of CAD$9.99. All orders are shipped within 3-9 business days of receiving the order via FedEx, UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the shipment of the order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@comkex.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Damages and Issues with Order: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and correct it right away.

Return Policy: We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase from Comkex.com. If you’re not fully happy with our products, you can return products for a refund, provided that they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For open box items, a restocking fee of 15% of the product’s value, in addition to the original shipping fee, will be deducted from your refund. This fee is applied to account for restocking and administrative costs, considering the depreciation of the product’s value due to its open box status.

All of our products carry a free 14-days return policy from the date of purchase, considering the item is in its original condition.

Return Process: Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. For exchanges, please return your product for a refund and place a new order on Comkex.com for the correct item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@comkex.com with the following information:

– Order Number
– Products you wish to return
– Proof of purchase
– Brief reason for return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 72 hours of receiving. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please consider that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you are shipping an item over CAD$50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
